I started Outward Travel because I believe that travel is the most powerful tool we have for personal growth. It isn't just about seeing new sights; it's about the tactile act of connecting with the Earth and participating in humanity's unfolding story.

My own education in travel began early. I took my first international trip at age 12, and I haven't stopped moving since. For years, I built a career in the corporate and non-profit sectors that kept me on the road. From corporate offices in Stockholm to clinics in Cameroon, I've been blessed with a life that has shown me the world. I learned the rhythms of airports, the solace of a good hotel room, and the profound education that comes from breaking bread with people from different cultures.

Planning travel is invigorating for me. I love the details, and the mysteries. I love to have a structure that has wiggle room for discovery. But I also know it can be pretty stressful. It's too easy for the joy of travel to get buried under the weight of logistics, research, and the fear of making a "wrong" choice. And it makes me sad that it keeps people from experiencing the world.

I founded Outward Travel to fix that. I wanted to build an agency that serves busy people—those who have the desire to explore but lack the time to sift through the noise. My goal is to be the architect of your experience, bridging the gap between a logistical itinerary and a meaningful memory. Whether we are planning a complex corporate offsite or a quiet family escape, my promise to you is simple: I will care about your journey as much as I care about my own.
