Safari Event FAQs

Yes! There is free city party behind The Times Collaborative (and other Main Street businesses). It might be a bit limited due to the new hotel construction. There is also street parking all along Main Street.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your kids but please note no childcare will be available. They may like all the pictures though!

Absolutely! Give your kids memories they'll never forget and create a family bond like no other while on a safari in Africa. We can craft safari vacations that are great for families including hotels that include pools and rooms with multiple beds. Plus, each safari is a private journey so it will only be your family traveling together!

We will have a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available, and the drinks are on us! (limit 2 per person).

We'll also have a selection of African-themed appetizers prepared by the incredible Chef Karin from Eat 100 Foods, a local Longmont personal chef and caterer. Vegetarian options will be available.

Not at all! This is completely free for you.

Definitely not! We hate those. We're going to give you everything you need or want to know about going on safari in Kenya and Uganda. There will be lots of incredible pictures, videos, and stories of our travels, and you'll have the chance to ask anything you've ever wondered about going on safari.

As a travel agency, we'll introduce ourselves and offer to help you plan your own incredible safari if you're interested. But if you decide it's not the vacation for you, no worries and no guilt trips.

If you can't make any of the dates, don't worry, we'll have a version you can watch anytime at your leisure coming in September.

Sure! Just reach out to us at [email protected] and we're happy to arrange private group trips or presentations for you.
